Along with the conferences and workshops, the Symposium registration fees include meals and coffee breaks, Friday night Wine and Cheese, Saturday night gala and a briefcase for each participant. This symposium is open to physiotherapists.
Two payment options are offered: on-line credit card payment via our secured site or payment by mail with a check or money order in Canadian funds. Your registration will not be confirmed until payment has been received. Consider this fact when registering because all events have a limited number of participants.
To take advantage of the Early Bird Combo or the Early Bird rate, your payment must be received by June 1st, 2008.
A confirmation E-mail will be immediately sent to you after you have registered successfully.
